1. HOW LONG IS SHIPPING AND PROCESSING?
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days before your order is shipped out. Your order must process, despite the shipping method that you choose.
(Processing times may be prolonged to 4-12 business days due to Covid-19.)
DOMESTIC STANDARD SHIPPING is 3-6 business days based on your location.
DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING is 2-4 business days based on your location.
(Orders placed on Friday will start processing the next business day, which is Monday.)
Your order begins processing the next business day day after you purchase.
2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?
You will receive your tracking number within 24 hours of your order being shipped.
3. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All packages are shipped via USPS, when you receive your tracking number please check for all updates at www.USPS.com, your shipment will be updated within 24 hours of receiving your tracking number.
To minimize processing and shipment time, orders CANNOT be changed or altered once your order is placed.
1. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Under certain circumstances if your order must be returned (I.e wrong or missing items), due to Covid-19 we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges if the hair has been opened, worn or tampered with under any circumstance.
