Expensive wig for bad quality

The instal was overall great. My lace blended well & it was flat & the color I wanted, but I paid $530 for the wig ? & the wig has bad shedding, it’s ripped in multiple place to wear my braids are showing. the hair is rough & gets knotted easily. Install was great, but for $530 I just feel like the hair & the lace & just the wig in general should have been TOP KNOTCH & unfortunately it wasn’t.

Not consistent

I bought a wig the first time that was great. I ordered again and it wasn’t the same wig. It had red tint and it was a 13x4 which the first one was not. I emailed about wanting the same wig and no one responded.
